We'll start in the north east of the Dolomites and take on some of the classic mountain passes of the Giro d'Italia, Italy's most famous bike race. Highlights include Lake Misurina, the famous “Three Peaks” (Tre Cime di Lavaredo) and the Olympic town of Cortina d’Ampezzo.
From here we hed to Bassano del Grappa where the land starts to level out as we cycle downwards into the valley. After a short detour to Asolo, the town of a hundred horizons, pedal along the wine road from Valdobbiadene to Vittorio Veneto. We cycle onto the fashionable city of Treviso and continue along the River Sile, where we reach the Adriatic coast at the seaside resort town Jesolo.
